Plait Pre stretched - Coloured
Marlow’s unique Pre-stretching process produces lines
that have low twist and a strong core but still remain flexible. 8 plait
Pre-stretched has a continuous filament polyester core and a polyester
cover. It comes in a range of colours and has a host of uses. This line
is suitable for halyards, control lines, leach lines, lanyards, sailboard
downhauls, outhauls and vangs.

Excel D12
Designed for durability Excel D12 has a clear PU coating. Its tolerance
to abrasion is excellent and it is resistant to degradation from ultra
violet light. With a specific gravity of 0.98 this line will float and
has zero water uptake. It can be spliced and is available in solid white
or with, blue, black, lime or red markers.

Excel V12
One of the newest performance ropes from Marlow, Excel V12 is made
of 12 strand Vectran with a clear PU coating. Lighter than wire it saves
weight and works well around sheaves and turning blocks. It can be used
for halyards, sheets, trapeze lines, permanent and running backstays.
Excel V12 is balanced to distribute high loads equally throughout the
line but still remains lightweight, flexible and easy to splice. There’s
no weight increase when wet and this line is UV resistant. colours available
are purple fleck, black fleck and natural.

Excel Pro
Dinghy sailors turn to 6 or 8mm Excel Pro when they
want hardwearing
main, jib or spinnaker sheets. Smaller sizes of 4 and 5mm are ideal
as reliable control lines with a responsive feel. colours available
are white, lime, purple, blue, black and red with a cross over pattern.

Excel Racing
Excel Racing is an excellent lightweight all purpose performance rope
which can be used in a variety of applications including sheets, halyards
and control lines. To reduce weight, the cover can be removed to allow
spinnaker sheets and halyards to be tapered. Reducing weight at the
spinnaker clew allows the sail to fly high in light airs. colours available
are white, lime, purple, blue, black and red with lime marker.

Excel Lite
